Predictions Event Covers Controversial Ground – What’s Next in Global SCM?

President Jeremiah Pomerleau of CSCMP Silicon Valley/San Francisco emcee’d a sold-to-capacity season launch event last night at the Silicon Valley Capital Club in San Jose.  The highly popular ‘Predictions’ event did not disappoint, as participants were treated to a dynamic exchange between panelists from Walmart, Blume Global, NEXT Trucking, Resilinc and Western Digital, moderated by the inimitable Carl Guardino, CEO of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group.  Full year sponsor Google was well represented with 13 managers and directors fully engaged in the point/counterpoint debate; Transpak, who sponsors at the same ‘Power the Network’ level, presented Guardino with $1,000, which the SVLG Foundation will direct to its Community College to Careers (CC2C) education initiative; Event sponsor Resilinc was well represented and more than half the audience were first time attendees of the famous flagship event.
