Tuesday April 20, 2021 – 5:30-7:00 PM (Virtual)
CSCMP Silicon Valley/SF Event Chair Steve Freemerman of Corsair will share an overview of the Talent Management Life Cycle Journey and set the stage for this evening’s dialogue topics. Moderator Sarah Barnes-Humphrey will facilitate panel discussion of topics from networking strategies to how companies from Google and Corsair to Intuitive Surgical and FLEXE have overcome the challenges of interviewing remotely to onboarding new team members during a pandemic. Registered participants will engage in a moderated ‘lightening round’ discussion to allow a deeper dive while learning with other supply chain professionals. You’ll gain tips and strategies for dealing with the ‘new normal,’ and engage in conversation about which practices begun in the pandemic should continue and what aspects of in-person gathering companies seek to restore, from both the employer and employee perspectives.
